Server and manager have no customer service skills, server did not come back to cater our needs as well’s close out the tab. When I looked at another waitress to attempt to ask her to get our server she decided to cut her eyes and suck her teeth. When I confronted her the manager stated that three servers were harassed. The manager stated I’ve been here several times harassing servers which is untrue because I live in a different state. If you are a out of towner I would not recommend coming to this Establishment, the manager stated that Mike is the owner and that I would be better talking to him “The Manager” instead of the owner. If this is the type of customer service this establishment is giving and the suggestion that I cant speak with the Owner “Mike” then there is clearly a hidden agenda and issue with that management staff. Incident happen at 8:02 pm on Dec 22, 2017... I’m highly disappointed with the management as well as the African American female with the attitude.. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST Visiting this establishment for any reason what so ever.
Overall I would recommend this place to others. I just hope that your server is different or that we just caught our server on a bad day.
We were only checked on twice without prompt in an hour and a half visit. She was kind just not very attentive to the customers.
The reviews that say this place is a bit pricey are correct though. This seems like a trendy area but I'm not from this area so I'm not sure. $18.99 for 12 shrimp, fries, and a small cup of coleslaw is a bit steep.
The place was not busy at all and we were one of two tables our server had. She was constantly sitting at the bar on her phone or preoccupied in other conversations with coworkers.
Excellent menu variety on foods, as well as beer and liquors. With A great price and friendly staff to match. A must try for anyone visiting.
Food was very good. We had fried pickles (they give you a big platter). We also had the shrimp dinner, both of us, with on order of blackened and another grilled.
Great selection of cold beer and eats. Had 1 lb of steamed shrimp and a cold one. Very good. Nice view of the water.
Great food at a fair price. I would have given them five starts however the server we had was horrible.
The waitress we had was very nice and attentive despite looking like she was being run ragged with the eclipse crowd. She not only took out coupon but gave us more than it was worth so we left her a nice tip.
Once again great food at a fair rate and a nice view!
Pretty happy with this place. Nice draft list though, as is usual, there is a bad "hoppy" ratio.
